General Rules and Conditions

This document details the terms and conditions by which Kutxa Fundazioa, with tax identification no. G-20368593, registered office in  Donostia / San Sebastián, Mikeletegi Pasealekua, 79 (Arbide Dorrea I), and owner of the Kutxateka, makes the collection of images belonging to it and hosted on the web site (hereinafter “Portal”) available to Internet users.

The browsing and consultation of the Portal pages as well as the Services offered implies acceptance of the general conditions described below.

Content Licence

All the images hosted on the Portal are the property of Kutxa Fundazioa, which makes them available to users so that they can make use of them only and exclusively under the Creative Commons licence for use “BY-NC 4.0”.
This licence for use allows the images to be used with the following restrictions:
  • Attribution: Authorship will need to be attributed in any exploitation of the work authorised under the licence.
  • Non commercial: The exploitation of the work is limited to non-commercial uses.
In any use of each image, the user will be required to indicate the terms of the license protecting its use and quote its origin and its authorship in the following terms:"CC BY-NC 4.0 2015 / KUTXATEKA / (Collection to which the photo belongs) / (Author of the photograph)"

General Rules and Conditions

The users undertake to uphold the terms of the licence of use and not to make any use of the images that contravenes the licence of use or is against the Law or the current rules and conditions of use and the legal disclaimer of this Portal.
Kutxa Fundazioa will under no circumstances be responsible for the use that users of the Portal may make of the images. Kutxa Fundazioa expressly reserves the power to exercise whatever actions correspond to it to demand accountability arising out of failure by a user or third parties to abide by any of the provisions of these rules and conditions of use or of the legal disclaimer of the Portal. Kutxa Fundazioa may withdraw from the said user or third parties the rendering of the services to them or suspend the services rendered to them at any time without being required to give advance notice.
